I was skeptical about buying jewellery online but this completely changed my mind. The bangle has a solid, premium feel to it. Nothing flimsy or plastic-y about it. Fits perfectly and the gold finish is warm and rich looking. Not yellow-ish like cheap gold plating usually is. Really impressed.

What is your return and refund policy?
Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags intact. An unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery is mandatory... without it, we won't be able to process the return. Email us at ornique.style@gmail.com with your Order ID and the video to get started. Once we receive and verify the returned product, refunds are processed within 7 to 8 working days to your original payment method. Sale items are not eligible for return.
When will I receive my order and how much does shipping cost?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes 3 to 5 business days for metro cities and 5 to 7 business days for other locations. You will receive a tracking link via SMS or email once shipped. Shipping is free on all orders above ₹999... a flat fee applies below that and is shown at checkout before you pay.
Is the jewellery actually water resistant and anti-tarnish?
Yes, genuinely. All Ornique pieces are built on a 304/316 stainless steel base which is water resistant... you can wear them daily, wash hands, get caught in the rain, no problem. Anti-tarnish means a protective coating is applied over the 18K gold plating to slow down oxidation and fading. It is not permanent... longevity depends on skin chemistry, sweat, perfume, and storage. This is normal wear and not a manufacturing defect.
How do I take care of my Ornique jewellery?
Keep it away from perfume, lotions, and hairspray... always put your jewellery on last. Avoid prolonged exposure to pool water or the sea. Store in the pouch or box it came in and wipe with a soft dry cloth after wearing. These small habits make a big difference in how long your pieces stay golden.
I received a wrong or damaged product. What do I do?
Email us at ornique.style@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID, a clear photo of the issue, and your unboxing video. We will sort it out as fast as possible... unboxing video is mandatory so please make sure to record it when your order arrives.
